We would love to have you visit one of our assemblies this Sunday at Laurel Canyon. We’re ordinary people serving an extraordinary God. Our highest aim is 1st-century Christianity in 21st-century central Ohio. Our only guidebook is God’s book.

We assemble for worship every Sunday at 10:30 a.m. and at 6:00 p.m. We also have Bible classes for all ages at 9:45 a.m. Visitors are always welcomed at any of our assemblies. We invite you to bring a Bible, bring a friend, and join us whenever you have the opportunity.

• If you are unable to do your assigned duty, please arrange for a substitute.
• If you have an assigned duty, please arrive at the building 5-10 minutes early.
• Greeters, please arrive at the building in time to greet our guests. Work together to cover both entrances.
• Please be prepared for your assigned duty. Remember why we worship and serve God.
• Please dress appropriately.
• Make sure you are living right so we can worship right. We need to worship “in spirit and in truth” (John 4:24).

In our junk food society, we are experiencing an interesting but deadly phenomenon our bodies are being fed, but they aren’t being nourished the way they should.  Could the same thing be said about our spiritual well-being?  This sermon, rooted in the Old Testament book of Amos, seeks to warn us of the dangers and point us in a better, more healthy direction.
