In their book, “On Becoming Preteen Wise,” Gary Ezzo and Robert Bucknam list seven marks of a healthy family.  At Laurel Canyon, we are a family, brothers and sisters in Christ “members of the household of God” (Ephesians 2:19).  If we are to be “healthy,” the same earmarks will apply to us.

“Perspective” literally means “distant view.”  It describes the ability to discern the relative importance of different objects and how they relate to one another.  Good perspective is useful in a variety of ways.  We use our visual perspective every day.  We exercise situational perspective.  But what about spiritual perspective?
