Some Bible stories are easy to remember and the account of what happened to Jonah is one of them. While we appreciate the plain lessons taught in this Old Testament book, let’s realize the treasure of God’s word in the many layers and depths of things we find in the journey of Jonah. It was not a simple or easy path that Jonah took to complete the will of God and we can learn from what has been revealed to us.
