...give preference to one another in honor (NASV)

...honor one another above yourselves (NIV)

Every Christian should strive to encourage, build up, and motivate other Christians toward greater effectiveness.  We rejoice when they acheive.  We are thrilled when they are honored.  We smile when they are successful.  We acknowledge effort and speak a word of appreciation when they serve and show Christ in any way.

And why do we do this?
